Hi, I made the decision yesterday that it was time I shared my diary. I need motivation and by sharing I hope that I will take accountability for what I eat. Lately I have had missed days and left incomplete entries but got back into it yesterday. My calories are 1700 because I am still feeding my bub (he has 2 bottles a day and I BF the rest of the time) but I am wondering if I can lower my calories a bit more.
I am hoping to find people to add as friends who have a shared diary too, any ideas for meals and snacks would be great and when there is someone watching it will be easier for me to stay on track.

Feel free to add me but I eat 2k cals a day or 20% above my TDEE to maintain lean muscle while lowering my BF%:
