My Diary

Hi, I made the decision yesterday that it was time I shared my diary. I need motivation and by sharing I hope that I will take accountability for what I eat. Lately I have had missed days and left incomplete entries but got back into it yesterday. My calories are 1700 because I am still feeding my bub (he has 2 bottles a day and I BF the rest of the time) but I am wondering if I can lower my calories a bit more.

I am hoping to find people to add as friends who have a shared diary too, any ideas for meals and snacks would be great :) and when there is someone watching it will be easier for me to stay on track.
