typical eating clean day advice

I love trying to eat clean. I have questions about portions though? I understand its 6 small meals a day incorporating your fats, carbs, and proteins. Fats being the healthy kind, carbs being the whole grain kind and proteins being the lean kind...howvever without buying the eating clean recipe book I find that theres not a whole lot of variety. You can stiil eat clean and have flavour but im no chef, nor do I have a tonne of extra time to prep. So looking for adivce on portion sizes, and also wondering what do you eat? What variations are there for those meals for you?

Eating clean isn't about how many meals you eat per day, unless you're following some specific plan. It's more about WHAT you eat, not how much or when. How much depends on your calorie goal and when is totally up to you.0
