No resolution, but I'd like to end best year at about 215 and 10%-12% body fat.

I don't make resolutions, just achievable goals.

Not much for making resolutions but I guess the biggest would be to create better "space" for me even if it's more difficult to do so, and to continue training and running mudders!

    1. Keep working on my fitness so that I can feel confidant rocking a bikini this summer.
    2. Pay off my Mastercard.
    3. Get my savings account to a certain amount.

Start a lifting program and stick with it! Need to tone up...I don't look how I want to even though I'm at my goal weight...booo. :grumble:

My 2013 resolution is basically to not give up on the changes I made in 2012. I'm seeing positive results in my health, and I want to keep moving in that direction.

Seems silly to make resolutions when the world may or may not end in 2.5 weeks. I will reassess on the 22nd if I'm unraptured.

To try a new (healthy) recipe once a week! I have so many cookbooks, that act as mere food porn...
I recommend the Leon cookbooks! Any suggestions?

No resolutions....only goals....we are brought up to believe that it's OK to set a resolution and break it. Set goals....Set the path for success
