  • I couldn't wait until Monday to do my weigh-in, so I just did it. Since Thanksgiving day, I have lost 6 lbs.:bigsmile:
    So to anyone that is just starting, like I am, keep it up. Your eating better today for the rest of your life.

    I know this will work because I have watched someone do it and they look terrific. You just have to have the will power to stay with it and continue to make better choices for your body.:happy:
  • Just got off the stationary bike to burn some calories.
    Weigh-in this morning: 274
    8 lbs. since 11.25.12
    It will be two solid weeks on Monday.
    Still energized. Trying to reach 268 by Christmas.
