I have 2 spinal cord injuries amongst other problems with my back, in the last 3 years I have lost a total of 70 lbs. but due to pain bout the only exersize I can do is the treadmill so needless to say I'm extremely saggy. anybody know of any exarsizes I can do that will help me tone? Doc says I will lose the use of my right leg in the next couple years. I'd like to figure something out before that happens. I have severe pain in that leg so even the treadmill kicks my but!:sad:

I have chronic pain from a lower back injury and a failed knee replacement. I have lost 90 lbs and exercising is a challenge for me. I do the best I can as long as I do something every day. I will add u on my friends list.......xxxxxxJoann0

Do you have access to a gym or YMCA that has warm water classes? Working in the water takes steeds of you're body and allows for a good workout. even if they don't have classes open pool time will let you move every day.
I can move two hours almost nonstop in a pool; something that is impossibly for me on land.
