Patting Myself On The Back...

I just updated my actual weight loss after looking back at my journal. I joined MFP on 10/7/12 at 148.6 lbs but back on 9/11/12 I weighed 153 lbs. (That's what made me start this journey.) And now look at where I am today!
I. Am. Psyched!!!!
52 years old, going through menopause and FINALLY losing weight after years of wasting my money on LA Fitness, Nutrisystem and countless other things.
Even though I'm a little tired of the 1200 cal/day (I plan to change my goal to .5 lbs/week), as long as I keep walking 3-4 days a week, I know the weight will keep coming off. Heck, even scarfing down the occasional pint of ice cream can't stop me...LOL
