It worked!!! I copy and pasted all of my food diary into excel!! Now i can play with my report and sort and delete ect.
It was very easy to do too! I had been wanting to put in all my total lines for the past few months just to give me an average but this works too. Now I can do all kinds of stuff with it!! I just pulled up my nutrition printable read outs for the dates I wanted, right clicked on it, selected all, then right clicked again and hit copy. I opened up my excel, clicked up in the top left corner to select the entire cell structure, then his paste, it said they are not the same size do you want to continue and I said YES and it actually sorted all of them into proper cells. Give it a try!
