Ugh, need motivation

Hey all,

I was doing really well for a few weeks but just totally fell off last week - had a horrible week. Zero workouts, Zero weigh ins and zero days of counting calories. I just binged like crazy.

I am planning to get back on hardcore tomorrow morning and going to the gym tonight and in the morning. But I just need some motivation

So, any tips, advice, words of encouragement or success stories might help :)

    I browse the success stories daily for motivation. I've had a few of those weeks and finally said "no more!" I log every bite of food, and every workout. Almost- everyday. Even over thanksgiving when I didn't log, or workout I still lost! :) You can do it!
