Hi, new to site

Hi quick intro from central scotland, new to site, not got a lot to lose but stopped smoking 10 months ago and put on some weight, even though my eating habits didn't change. I thought that now is the time to start losing the weight that i gained. I have been going to the gym for the past 2 weeks every day burning 400 cals and only eating 1300 /1400 cals a daybut have gained 2 pounds really disheartning just looking for some info if this is normal would be most gratefull of any advice.

Hi I am quite new myself and having not been posting but here goes. Are you drinking water? I find that just flushes things out and I personally have to watch the quality of food going in. Better off to have whole foods grapes instead of raisins. You also need to have some good fat. Of course, we always have to be patient. Did you measure yourself you might be toning.

Hi, I'm new to fitness pal today, Having trouble losing that last 10 pounds. I exercise 5 times a week for 60 mins. at a gym usually taking classes that are offered. I start in the morning with exercise, go have coffee, eat breakfast. I've never counted calories...I think that maybe something I should look into and start doing it. I eat healthy mostly fresh fruits and veggies, red meat limited, eat chicken fish, and peanut butter for protein. I do like chocolate and crackers and occasionally desserts (maybe too often).0
