    Thanks for the post! Those are good tips, especially the one about cleaning your plate...i'm usually guilty on that :sad:

  • cleaning my plate, and using big plates are my big offenders. And it WAS an eye opener for sure!

    The tip about keeping your food in cabinets instead of on cabinets because you will eat it, is true. I won't even think about eating something until I see it.
