JNL Jennifer Nicole Lee Fusion Fitness Workout

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone by any chance is doing the JNL Fusion( Jennifer Lee Fitness) workouts. I am on week three of it so far and I love it. I do a maximum high intensity workout in a small span of time but I love it. I do maybe 5 different circuits including weight training and cardio and repeating the sequence three times and the workouts don't go above 40 minutes. I love the idea of getting a maximum burn in a minimum amount of time. I am exhausted and dripping sweat when I am finished. Is anyone doing this workout and if so what type of results are you getting and do you enjoy it?

  • Hello, I just completed day one of this workout. I agree, I love the intensity and the short period of time. Obviously no results now but will keep you posted. How about you?
