My first set of Tabatas!

Well,, I did them once or twice in a cross fit class I took. But gave up halfway through.

I have a very mild heart condition. It results in tachycardia and arrhythmia when I work it too hard.

Exercises that are 'super cardio' or have a lot of 'up and down' (box jumps, skipping rope, Burpees, even sit ups if they are fast - all set me off very quickly.

I downloaded an app with a Tabatas timer. I picked low intensity exercises, like planks , arm rotations, "let me ins", machine in place.... And I did it! And felt great!

So I need Lower Intensity HIIT, LOL. Maybe. Should call it LIIT
