    Total weight lost: 1.3 I have been on a reduced emphasis this month, on advice from my PT, so am happy that I didn't gain any. Next month I start hitting it hard again. Wait.....that's tomorrow!!

    Just for fun: Given that this is the season of giving, what is one thing you wish you could give to someone that would change their life? Three months of my personal trainer to a gal at the gym who has been working SO hard but has a very long way to go!

    May: Lost 2 pounds (Started May 15th)
    June: Lost 6 pounds
    July: Lost 6 pounds
    August: Lost 4 pounds
    September: 3 pounds
    October: 4 pounds
    November: 3 pounds
    December:3 pounds (so far)
    Total: 30 pounds!

    Happy new year everyone.

    So I lost 4.5lbs this month, been so up and down this past last week so am glad it hasn't been a gain. Looking forward to seeing my progress this year.
