Tae Bo

Options
Does anyone know how to input time spent doing Tae Bo into the exercise tracker? I put it under "High Impact Aerobics" today but didn't know if anyone else had a better suggestion?

    I'd like to know too!! I also log it as high impact aerobics, or circuit training if I'm doing the boot camp videos with the resistance bands. No clue if that is right, though!

    Or you could trick yourself, not add it and then not have the extra calories to eat during the day. Then you have that bonus used but not added.
