Aladdin's Eatery. How many calories?

I just ate at Aladdin's Eatery. I had a delicious entree! It was the Jasimine Rice plain. There are so many different sites telling me different things.

For example, some places say the entree is 400 calories. Other sites tell me the rice is 280 with added beef. Then I read its 330 with added chicken.

But I only had the rice plain, so how can adding meat lower the calories?
I would love to know the calorie intake! Thanks!
