Hello there

New to this place. My husband suggested it to me, as he and some work buddies are trying to lose weight. I have been trying to lose weight ever since my last child was born, 19 months ago. I would like to lose about 35-40 pounds. I'm wanting to lose for a wedding that I will be a part of in June.

I would like to have some friends to help challenge me and keep me motivated.

Can you guys help?

    Activity. Well, until it gets warmer here. I'll be doing exercise videos, like Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred. She can kick your butt in just 20 minutes. When it's warmer, I'll be running/jogging starting at 2 miles hoping to work up to 5 miles. Looking at 5 times a week to workout.

    Awesome! That is great to hear. A plan of attack is always a must. Make sure you have variable 'fun' workouts. If you persist on the same things you will get bored with them. I am fairly new to this site as well and its always good to make some new friends. :)
