I am 5'11" and had got to about 185lbs. Although height can hide a lot of evils, my knees told me I was overweight every day. Although an athlete all my life, my passage into my 30s slowed my metabolism and a whole host of bad excuses kept me from exercising. So, I knew I had to not diet, but do a complete lifestyle change. I am back to the same weight I was in high school and have toned up again. It is still a challenge-one day at a time-but, I feel so much better about myself, and above all, better about my health.
