Hi everyone!! I love yogurt so I buy the Yoplait light, only 100 calories. I put them all in the freezer and when I want one, I take it out and eat it like frozen yogurt. Its so good and it takes a while to eat.

    Yeah they are delicious but be careful they have high fructose corn syrup. I found some yoplait delights parfait that are also 100 calories without the HFCS. They are absoutely delicious.

    ooh, I love Phish Food....and One Sweet Whirled, which I cant find anymore which is probably a good thing!!
