changing lifestyle--not dieting

Hey everyone! I'm Kaitlin. I've been part of MFP for a while now but I'm just actually getting into using the site the way it's supposed to. For about a year, I starved myself in an attempt to become beautiful. Some days I would barely eat anything, and others nothing at all. I would often fast for a week at a time and it was just not good. My hair was falling out, I was cold and tired, moody, headaches, body pains, etc.. all the typical starvation things.

I've gained back the weight I lost but thankfully since I still exercised some of it is muscle, so I'm not quite as big as when I first started last year. I weigh 120 lbs and I'm 5'0. I'm planning on losing about 20lbs or so and then focus mainly on toning.

This time around, I'm going to eat clean and exercise at least 3-4 times a week. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Cheers!

Focus on clean eating and start lifting. I know 100 lbs sounds great but you can be 110 and look 95 if you tone up. :).

    # on the scale means nothing. It's all about clothes and how you look.

I would rather be 110 fit vs 95 skinny fat.
