Is it bad that i eat tuna just about everyday

I love it, but on another thread somebody mentioned mercury, how do you know if your getting to much mercury

Its pretty boring, have some salmon or chicken.

I am at about 4 meals a week on tuna. Hard to say on that as mercury levels can be bad. I still eat it I like it albacore much better than salmon.

yes, definately. besides the scary mercury issue, too much of any one thing isn't good for you (except chocolate, of course;)

Just a read a book called super foods that rec you only eat ONE can of tuna per week
It's tough because I love it, it's easy and I am trying low/mod carb

I think I'd scale it back, personally. Mercury is pretty scary. Just ask the Mad Hatter!

I eat it almost everyday...or weekdays I do, they have those small packets....but who knows I may be killing myself softly as we speak

I also just had tuna last night. Some miso dressing with some sweet pickle relish goes really well...

Yup, u should only eat fish once a week due to mercury content....
