Soy Chorizo

I use to use it with scrambled eggs for breakfast burritos until the store didn't carry it anymore. Taste pretty close to the regular beef or pork but it's the seasoning that makes it chorizo so it shouldn't be much different.0

Yes. I've even used it as a base for a soup I made with tomatoes, black beans, corn, peppers, and onions. It actually gave it a really good flavor and I liked the chewy texture. I like to use it with eggs to make a taco omelette as well.0

I use it sometimes, in a variety of ways. I think my favorite is to make soft tacos using it and whatever veggies I have on hand. Fennel was good with it.0

I've never seen it but if I ever come across it I'd give it a try.0

yes. I'm vegan and really miss chorizo. Honestly I needed to cut back on it anyway since I have hypertension and it's really bad for you, but I love soyrizo, it's really good. Don't miss chorizo anymore0
