    Run up to them and say "Hey, I know you" if I knew them . . . but since I don't I'd probably just give them a head nod. A head nod up, because a while back I noticed I subconsciously give people I don't like a head nod down, while people I like get a head nod up.

    So, after all is said and done, I'd probably just give them a head nod up, and walk on.
