So this may sound like a really stupid question, but I started the 30 DS a few days ago and I weighed myself today and I actually weigh a pound more than last week.... is that normal? Water or something? Please say yes

Yes... You may be retaining water for a week or two when you start a new exercise regime. Keep eating right, keep logging right, it will be fine.

doesn't matter what it's from. don't expect results after a few hours or exercise and don't weigh yourself very often. After starting 30DS or any other program 3 days ago there is no number on the scale that would be representative of anything, good or bad

yes it's normal... i gained 3 lbs doing 30ds and didn't lose it till i was finished the complete program. It was water retention as you muscles were repairing themselves. good luck with 30ds :) i did it twice and rin30 2 times..
