Maizena/ Cornflour porridge nutritional facts (Spanish type)

Hello, we have from time to time at home what we call "Papas de maizena" (or cornflour porridge) it is a spanish popular recipe. It is basically warm milk to what you add a couple of tbspoons of cornflour until it thickens (custard-like), you can add 1 teaspoon of sugar/sweetener or a bit of cinammon. I am checking around and I cannot find reliable information, the package doesn't have any kind of nutritional information about calories per tbspoon, or 100 gr., carbs or anything. Does anyone has any idea of where I could find something reliable, I always have big trouble login it, as info around is so opposite. Is it measured by spoon of flour (before cooking), does it change once it is cooked and thickened?

I would use the recipe feature - put in the recipe and let MFP do the math

There is no recipe, I don't even have the nutritional info from the pack, as the pack itself doesn't have it. The brand is BART cornflour ( I guess any cornflour would be similar). Most of the times it is used to thicken sauce, we use it in Spain to make a kind of cornflour porridge thickening the milk with a couple of tablespoons.0

I love maizena!
Found this online, not sure what the conversion of grams per tblspns is though.

I have no idea but my grandmother used to make that for us when we were young & its really yummy. Maybe you can just use the generic-cornflour specified then add in the milk & other ingredients.0

Thanks I think I will use this one, measurement by grams or not is fine by me. I think I will just add the ingredients separate. I always had the idea that this recipe would be so heavy in calories, but it doesn't seem to be that bad after all.0 -
