I have the book somewhere around the house but I need to find it. I don't remember what foods are allowed and not allowed on phase one
For breakfast I had coconut oil to fry eggs , -- one egg, two whites. then I had a cup of steamed green beans
I think all that is allowed.
Please no stupid comments . I know it's lifestyle changes and what not, but I'm doing this for 1-2 weeks to get rid of sugar cravings...then move to phase 2-3... I'm still counting calories.

I tried google... but I'm confused on if I can or can't have cottage cheese on phase 1 -different sites vary0

I'm 90% sure cottage cheese was allowed because it was listed as one of the few "phase 1 deserts" (mixed with vanilla, or lemon zest, etc)
I never got past phase 1. I found it way too restrictive for me. But I do remember that much0 -
Cottage cheese is fine, as long as it is 1% or skim. I'd lay off the coconut butter if I were you and use Pam, but do what works for you. Good luck!0

Good for you--it does work to get rid of cravings.
Here's the list:

I am going to have to dig out my book. I didn't even think of this to get rid of sugar cravings. Maybe I should try it as well.0
