White Tea

Has anyone else tried white tea to help aid in your weight loss/maintenance efforts? My husband told me about it, and I had never heard of it before! I picked up the Lipton Mango & Peach White Tea, and it tastes great (I add one packet of sweetener)! It doesn't have the sharpness that some darker teas can have, which gains major brownie points in my book.
Just thought I'd share, if anyone is interested!

Hey thanks for the tip...
on a lark yesterday I picked up some Tazo cucumber white and tried it out this am - nice light flavor.
Curious... I have stayed away from white tea because on more than a few occasions for me it has tasted bitter.... was this because of steeping in too hot of water or too long?0 -
I'm not a tea expert by any means, so I'm not sure. Have you tried the flavored white tea, or the plain kind? I have only tried the flavored kind, and I'm wondering if it masks the bitterness. If you're not opposed to sweetener, I would maybe try a little in your tea next time to help!0
