    Hi! my name is Adam and I am currently training to be a PT. I have been on MFP helping people for about 6 weeks now and wondered if I could help you in any way!

    Some people have been sending me questions, other like to check-in with me daily or weekly and basically we have a conversation via PMs on how things are going, what they are struggling with and how they can get passed them.
