when you go to the gym and lift weights and come home to log your exercise.......why does it not show any calories burned??
the cardio is great but when you try to put in weight training, it doesnt show any calories burned..

Do you wear a heart rate monitor? I wear mine and see how many calories I burn during the weight training and then add it in myself under cardio.0

I dont wear one.....is that the only way...i put a lot of effort into the weight lifting....great sweat...shame ...because I burn a tremendous amount of cals..0

It is not the only way...just the most accurate. If you go under cardio, click add exercise, and enter "weight training" it will calculate a rough estimate of the calories burned for you.0 -
