WOW so gorgeous! Very inspirational for me as we are the exact same height and body type! I still have a long way to go but look forward to buying a really cute dress like that next year!

    Amazing job :flowerforyou:

All I can say is WOW! Dress looks great! Congratulations!

Thank you, I've still got to get the nerves to actually wear it on a night out, myself and dresses aren't a familiar combo!

Wow what a transformation!! You look fabulous!!! BTW - I share your concern about the maintenance phase and can I really maintain my target weight (once I get there and that is still a while away).

    Hey Larry

As I was getting closer to goal (not that I had decided what it was) maintenance was doing my head in. It was all I could think about. I had lost weight at 1200 cals per day, 1lb per week. I kept thinking that I would gain weight straight away. Should I up my cals by 50 per day? By 100 per week?

I searched the forums and there are very few topics on maintenance here, so I decided to just go for it.

I plugged my numbers in here for a second time, but this time to maintain, any hey presto, I maintained!

    MFP for the win.
