    I honestly still believe the eating often thing is good. It keeps me from getting really hungery between meals. That alone is reason for me to do it.

    That's the case for a lot of people. Meal timing should be a matter of personal preference.

    I agree :) I did believe the chest myth and spot reduction nice to know the reason I wasn't getting results was because it wasnt ture lol
