Hi there, I have actually been doing this for 6 weeks now but had no idea how to introduce myself until today lol. I am down 19 lbs and still have a ways to go. I had my second child 10 months ago and now that we are done having kids I want to lose the weight and prove to my 3 1/2 year old daughter that you need to be fit, healthy and happy not skinny to have a wonderful life. I work for GoodLife Fitness and love working out, I go to the gym 7 days a week for my run, its my one hr of me time before my husband goes off to work. Anyways, I love encouraging people and would love some encouragement myself :)

Having "me time" when you're a mom is CRITICAL, and good for you that you take that time to take care of yourself! I do the same in the morning(although I work out at home), and it gives my fiancee time with our little guy and gives mama happy endorphins to take on the crazy daily challenge of life with a toddler!

    Hehehe this ^^^

My hubby works on the road alot. He's current on a 4 month stint away, so lets just say I get squat for me time. Gym is out of the question, I let the kids workout with me lol.

    .

My husband works about 70 hours a week, so yeah. I'm pretty much on my own with the kids. The rare chance he has a day off he usually gets called in to work anyway. :/
