Hi all, I have decided it is about time I seriously made the effort to get healthier and lose weight. So I have added this app and the Endomondo app to my phone and am going to start to track things so I can see what I am doing. I need to lose about 55 pounds in total but am in no rush to do so. I hope to start off with losing about 2 a week but I am not sure I will keep that up for long. Certainly not with Xmas just around the corner. By the way I am a 45 year old Male in the UK. So thats me introduced lol. Bed for me now as I have to make the effort to cycle the 5-6 miles to work in the cold morning and resist the temptation of the nice warm car! :-)
