I've lurked here for a while and thought I'd introduce myself. For the last 15 years I've been going through various stages of education and medical training and my own health hasn't been a priority. 80 hour work-weeks have been the norm for me leaving little time for other activities. When I had time off, exercise wasn't my priority. Now that I'm out of training and working, I've realized I need to reshuffle priorities and take control...
Regarding weight loss, I have a goal to lose 35lbs. More importantly, I want to make physical activity and healthy eating a priority.
I've read inspirational stories here that have been quite motivating and am looking forward to making my own success story.
