    I have found this thread very helpful. I was wondering why I only lost .2kg this week. It looks as though I should be eating calories gained at the gym. I attend daily and burn on average 900 calories, but I have only used the 1440 as per MFP. So I take it that I should be eating a minimum of 2000 calories. Thanks everyone.
