hi everybody,
i'm doing insanity/p90x hybrid currently on month 2 week 1. i had kinda good results from month 1. But my only problem is pull ups, during month 1 i noticed much improvement in the no of pull ups & chin ups . i even reached the no 13. But after all this i noticed that i wasn't getting all the way down approximately half the way only. i think this is because the pull up bar is very close to the floor so i can't leave my legs in the air freely . Now i bend my legs and try to do it 100% right i can't do except 2 unassisted pull ups . Am i doing something wrong or this is just normal and it'll improve by time

pull ups are HARD
after you do your two, do a few negatives...get in the finished position (use a chair if you have to) and let yourself down slowly, repeat0
