    Congrats to you!!! Its an amazing feeling when you compete your first run... I had never ran a day in my life, and did my first run 3 years ago and I was hooked :0). Finally this year I started running 1/2 marathons. Keep up the great work!!

    You are amazing! I ran my first 5K last June. I shouldn't say "ran". I can jog a full mile now and then I alternate between walking and jogging for the remaining two miles. Good job finishing! Your journey is inspirational!

    Please say thank you to your family for me. It is incredible to find that kind of support. I am fortunate to have a lot of support too and it makes all the difference in the world!
