Hi everyone, I just had a question. So the past 3 weeks have been really rough as far as my diet goes. I have been trying to maintain my weight, and went REALLY out of whack by binge eating several nights over these past weeks. So I have gained some weight back, which I am working hard to get off again. I have been "clean" for 3 days now, sticking to my diet plan and kicking butt with my workouts. So my question is for today I burned over 800 calories with exercise, but I am trying to keep my calories around 1750 because I want to lose the weight again....but if you calculate it, I'm eating under 1200 calories today...Should I eat something more? I'm worried though because I really want to get the gained weight back off....

You could eat more, just watch what you eat. If your hungry, I would eat a little something. Remember, fruit and protein are filling and keep you fuller longer. This will help keep you from binging.

What I have done in that case is eat something a long the lines of a string cheese if I am hungry, nothing if I am not. The idea is that your body still needs to have enough nutrients to recover from your high intensity workouts. There are time where I haven't eaten enough trying to make up for bad time and ended up with the horrible pains associated with my body eating muscle instead of fat.
Good Luck on the recovery.0
