Ladies: do you lose weight during your time of the month?

Curious if it's just me whose weight remains the same or goes UP even though I'm on a calorie-restricted diet. I think I should just stop weighing myself during time-of-the-month week.

    I haven't lost and it has gone up. You retain up to five pounds of water during your time of the month and up to five days after. I wouldn't weigh until a couple days after it stops.
