Has anyone tried the Readers Digest diet?

If so, was it hard to follow, and were you happy with what you lost?

    Haven't tried it, got a link? In general, diets do not work as they don't teach you how to eat properly. So after you lose, you gain right back. You are much better off setting your goal to 1 lb per week, exercise (and eat 50% of your exercise calories) and work on eating whole foods, plenty of lean meats, fish and chicken, along with fruits and veggies. You will see much greater results than any other "diet". Long term success > short term gains

    The fiber from eating the tiny book made me go over my carbs for the day (I'm low carb keto/antisugar) so I had to stop eating them. Plus the clerks at Walgreen's got suspicious of the growling noises I made when I ate them in aisle 3.

    You're not supposed to count the carbs from fiber. Or the fat from ink.
