Looking for some advice

Hi everyone
Here is my story, Almost 8 years ago i lost 100 lbs I feel great except, staying small has become a disorder. Tomorrow evening I am starting a work out program to tone all I have lost and gain muscle mass. I am well aware that I will gain weight as long as I dont gain inches. I am also starting to take Webber's All Greens in the mid morning and Visalus mid evening after my work outs. Does anyone have anything to add to help me along the way. My goal is lean defined muscles and toning some unwanted flabby skin

    i had a similar problem afraid to gain the fat back after i lost it but i found that if i work out hard enough it wont come back just ease into the lifting and youll do fine

    I am the same way. Scared to gain it back. I lift daily and run 5 times a week. Starting to learn that the numbers dont lie.
