Introduction

Hi!

I am semi-new here. I signed up for MyFitnessPal about 20 months ago and it lasted about a day. During my time away I lost 62 pounds using WW. I have been on a weight loss plateau for about 2.5 months now and after a referral from a co-worker who has joined the work "Holiday Biggest Loser" competition with me, I have decided to give it another go.

Best decision ever! I feel as motivated and energized as I did on January 1, 2012 when I started my inital diet. I have 55.4 pounds to go until goal and I am excited to get to it.

I work full time, parent to 2, foster parent to 3, and wife to an amazing women. I hope to use these message boards for inspiration on how to not forget myself when life gets crazy.
