In pain from upping cals? (Girly Issue)

So I recently upped my cals to a "refeed" or "baseline" sort of level as I had plateaued.. over and over again... at lower levels and had all kinds of symptoms of burnout such as low body temp (96F), icy digits, lethargy, etc. Just recently made the connection that I'd been doing it by having a starve/binge cycle, because I was so frustrated with slooow weight loss on higher cals. Which I brought on myself, I realize now.
Anyway, I've been eating between 1500-2300 cals, particularly substantially more carbs, for a short little while now.. and my uterus HURTS this month. Normally it twinges a little and is bearable, but this one hurts. It feels like a migraine down there, plus sciatica twinges down my legs, and generalized muscle pain all over. Related? If so, anyone know how can I make it stop while still eating calories that let me be warm and give me energy? Aside from pain pills.
I know, I should probably see a doc sometime. I just want thoughts from those who may have experienced something like this, or have some insight otherwise.

It isn't food making your uterus hurt. Make a doctor's appointment ASAP.0

I used to have painful periods when I was younger, it's just been more than a decade... which is about the length of time I've been cold and slow and chronically dieting. I know I might have endometriosis just from having had sciatica pain during all periods since shortly after I had my son.. just not very bad. It just seemed to me to possibly be related to consistently increased food, which I haven't done till now (emphasis on consistent). Thought it was worth a query. I'll still see a doc when I can, of course.0

Even before you latest post Endometriosis popped into my mind. And diet can certainly exacerbate symptoms. Certain foods and such.0

Please make an appointment with your OB/GYN. Carbs can make you feel bloated and uncomfortable, but you shouldn't have pain in your uterus and legs. I would also recommend seeing a nutritionist and/or doctor to make sure you're re-feeding correctly, at the right pace, with the right foods. I hope you feel better soon.
I should add that I do have more cramps during my period if I have caffeine, but this doesn't sound anything like that.0 -
Are you constipated?0
