Tomorrow's a new start!

This past week was one huge binge. Two nights we went out, drank way, way too much, ate a bunch of junk for hangover food, didn't drink enough water and didn't really workout. I'm starting to feel completely run down. Anyone want to restart with me tomorrow?

Under 1,400 calories.
Some sort of a workout 4 days a week. (preferably 30 min of cardio)
Drink lots of water.
Get enough sleep.
Stretch every day.
Have ONE cheat day!

And go!
