Hi! I am trying hard to lose 30 kgs, very very painful so far. anyone from India on this platform?:cry:

    hi. i'm not from india, so this is probably not useful to you at all, but i did travel there last year. i loved it so much and if only i had the money, i would be back in a second. what part are you from?

    anyway, i just decided to reply to your post because i saw that no one else has responded. just wanted to say welcome! and good luck! the hardest part is always taking that first step.
