mfp really helps!

I've been on here for about 2 months, and i was at a plateau when i joined. I'v since then broken the plateau, and have started really watching my food consumption.. I still have a notebook on my kitchen island that i write all my food in, but i never tracked the calorie intake, or my exercise. I usually just wrote what i had to eat that day and said to heck with the other info. Also i don't live by what the scale says. I used to freak out if the weight jumped up over night, SMS would sleep as long as possible to see the numb3rs go down. Lol.. I WAS truly obsessed!! But I've found ppl like y'all, ppl that have the same flaws and obsessions as me and not the ppl that i hand out with daily that are "downers" for me, some of my family members are smug about telling me I've lodt weight, "oh, i didn't notice" is one thing I've heard, and a family member that always says they lost weight when i tell them how much I've lost. I don't go around bragging, hell i should , we all should! It's a huge accomplishment.. I'm proud to say that to date i have lost 56 lbs and at least 30 inches over my whole body since feb, '12.. I'm making a goal to lose 20 more then see where i land. I'm hoping to lose and tone and become a trainer, i figure if i can do it, any one can do it. I'm a Taurus, stubborn as they get!! Lol.. Any way.. I'm just happy that i found this site, I'm on it more then I'm on Facebook!
