Chicago style hotdogs are at the top of the food pyramid. Vienna all beef hot dog (meet & protien.........forget about the other stuff) on a steamed poppy seed bun (carbs) with mustard (healthy) sweet pickle relish, tomato slices, onions, celery salt, jalepino's and a kosher dill slice (vegies & salad). A complete balanced meal. What more could ya ask for?
Oh.....................a chocolate malt to wash it down...................dairy!!, and chocolate to feel good!
Calories????......................none..................assuming no one is looking..0 -
The above referenced hot dog is 350 calories, 15gr total fat, 40 carbs, and 8 grams protein. The chocolate malt we won't talk about, but it does have protein.0

agggahhh.. I love bologna too! guess you've never eaten fried bologna and eggs?
the whole article is about Newark mayor Cory Booker living on food stamps for a week..Two Pantry- $.44 for wieners, $.37 for buns = 294 calories. 440 sounds closer to me..0
