So I've always been quite big.
I remember my 1st year of uni (4 years ago) we all had to weigh ourselves. I hit 90kg (I am 6 foot but still!) . The same weight as a guy in my group who was a good bit taller. I was mortified.
I worked and I worked at losing weight. I counted calories and I worked out. I got to 85kg and never seemed to manage to shift anymore.
This was me in my 2nd year of my degree.

This is me 3 years later. The difference was Paleo. I was about 79kg but I couldn't seem to lose anymore weight.

I was working out and eating real food but I still felt more wobbly than I should be. This is when I discovered imtermittent fasting.
These are my jeans I bought when I shifted weight (so not my original ones!) They are finally falling down.

I've been going through a bunch of stuff from uni and found some measurements from last year...
I've lost
8cms from my bust
7cm from my chest
7cm from my waist
4 cm from my hips
The dress I bought for my Chirstmas night out is now too big. It was VERY tight when I bought it a few weeks ago.
Oh and I am now 75.4kg
This is by far the lowest weight I've ever been. I was a size 16/18 in my teens and I am now a size 12
