As i called it. There can only be one black male in Ricks group at any one time. Par for the coarse, as soon as tyrese showed up, the prison black man bit it. Remember, the prison black man replaced T-dog. Now what will be interesting is if the black girl will last with Michonne there. Not sure. What do you think?

I also think the thing with Merle at the end is just a scam to get Merle on the inside of Ricks camp. Merle did not put up any fight or looked really surprised.

Happy that Tyrese finally made an appearance.

    thats a really great thought about merle.

    and i hope the new new Tdog sticks around for a while. i really liked that actor's character(Cutty) on The Wire.

    I agree with you about Merle...and for that fact about the black guys too...I thought I had heard that Drew Carey was going to be one of the zombies this season...not sure though.

    I was thinking the same thing. I saw the black guy in the hat and hammer, and my first thought was, oh no, prison guy is zombie food.

    I think Tyrese will be the only one to make it from that group. I know its Axel and he is a bit off from the comic. One big thing that is missing is this:

    I'm not sure what was up with Merle he just seemed like a lost sheep there at the end.

    One thing is for sure, I think Carol and Axel will be the next ones screaming in the cells. . . a different kind of screaming.

    All I can say.... IF THEY KILL OFF DARYL I AM NOT WATCHING!!! lol Seriously though, why does the new season start in February when I will be in Glasgow. I must find away to watch it.

    Edited to add~ I am not sure if Merl is any plot for the Governor to get the prison. Merl told the Governor that he killed Michon, then she shows up and does her damage. It just depends on how much the Governor wants the prison. Will he make Merl become a spy so Merl can redeem himself or is the Governor so angry about Penny that he will kill Merl... Guess we won't find out until Feb ARGH! lol

    I have not read the comics but I think it is time that I start. I know the show is not exact.

    I didn't think that about Merle!!! That's such a good theory. And someone told me last night that in the previews it showed Daryl running through the woods, so I don't think he's gonna die.

    Somethings are not transferable to general audiences. Somethings are still taboo. I believe they would be swamped with complaints.

    Oh, crap-- I didn't think of that. That Merle is in on it with the Governor to get into the prison. Like Martinez in the book. He and Daryl will make their escape, and then he'll betray the group to let the Governor in.

    And I think so many of us thought the same thing-- as soon as Tyreese appeared, we all thought, "Bye, Oscar!".

    I also didn't think about that whole Merle situation either, but it's defiantly a good possibility! I really don't want them to kill Darryl off, it was bad enough losing Dale (Never thought he'd leave that early).

    I freaking love the character of Michonne...Hoping she stays around for awhile :D

    Oscar was definitely a dead man - only one big black man allowed at a time. Michonne is sticking around for the battle with the governor, because Merle wants revenge against the group and Michonne wants the governor's head. Daryl's not dying. If Glenn can beat a zombie while tied to a chair, Daryl's gonna make it.

    How long until Feb. 10?

    Michonne is an awesome character. I want to learn more about her so she better stick around. As soon as we saw the new guy, we all knew Oscar was going to get it...though I wish he hadn't. I liked his character. I'm not sure about this new guy.

    Also, I want Andrea to just get bit. Her character annoys the heck out of me.

    love this! luckily the editors were idiots and put previews of the next part of the season with him running through the woods, or i don't know if i could breathe until february!

    they dont think they have it all under control. they only have one section under control and knkow that walkers are still in parts of the prison.

    What are your thoughts about Morgan? It was heart breaking to see his mental state but I am hoping that Rick will continue to visit him and help him heal.

    I was very disappointed in this last episode. I think Morgan was a big wus and a dumb *kitten*, frankly. I think the writers made a pretty pointless episode where they could've had some great learning experiences. Like the guy that was running down the highway calling out to them to stop and they didn't... what's up with that? Cold hearted! And then after that whole Morgan interaction there was the chance that Rick would have realized how it can be when someone is closed and defensive like that, and maybe had a change of heart and picked up that guy on the road on their way back, but he was dead already. Missed opportunity! The show just didn't make much sense to me really. I think the writers could do better.

    I though it was a good episode. The whole Morgan thing was to show what could've happened to Rick if he had lost everything like Morgan did. I don't think he was a wuss, I'd go crazy too, being alone and surrounded by zombies for so long.
    When Rick says to him "there's gotta be a way back from this", you know he is talking about his own issues, he probably feels that if Morgan can snap out of his craziness so can he.
    Carl is pissing me off as always.
    I am glad Michonne and Rick seem to be forming a bond.
    As for the guy on the road...This is not first season anymore, every man for himself.

    I was glad about Michonne, I have to agree. Every man for himself... that's not only sad but dumb. They need each other to survive. I would at least stop to talk to the guy, to at least find out what he's like.

    When i say every man for himself, i am obviously not talking about the group. Pretty much everytime they accepted someone new they got into trouble. They can't take responsability for more people either, that guy would've probably been just another mouth to feed, or another guy to watch die.

    I think Rick actually meant to let those 4 other guys stay back at the pison. It's just that he went crazy at that exact moment and they thought he was telling them to leave, when he was talking to Lori's ghost.

    IMO It's a hard call to make because it could also be another guy to help defend against walkers and the Gov and an asset in runs and supply aquisition. He survived, assuming on his own, somehow so he must have had some sort of useful skills, right?
