Stayed the same ... beats gaining. Had a killer class at the gym last night ... still feeling energized this morning from it. I love when that happens.

    Hi all ... just have to share. Had a rough night sleeping ... someone broke into my house yesterday and stole my computer. Nothing else, just my computer. And of course my sense of security. Honesty ... what dinks there are in this world sometimes.
  • OH Maggie, so sorry to hear about the break in!!! We had our car broken into once in our driveway and I know how insecure I felt with that I can't imagine how it must feel to know they were in your house. It sounds like they knew what they were looking for if that's all they took. We have an alarm system which is worth every penny when you leave and know that your house is somewhat protected.
    I lost one pound this week....and I booking a trip south for March 19th so I am going to be killin' it at the gym for the next month:bigsmile:
    I hope more people start showing up again.....the group seems to shrink then grow again only in numbers not on the scale :wink:
