Working mom needs Ideas on working out my upper body

I am a mother of 4. I work a full time job. I am searching for ideas on how to shape up and tone my flabby arms. I have mabye an hr or 2 of time to fit in any exercise. Most of my exercise is done during the time we all sit down after dinner and watch a movie. Twice a week I have the whole day to do whatever... Ideas would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.

Not just upper body, but have a look at "You are your own gym" Lots of exercises that can be done at home with no equipment. If uou get the app it has 10 week workouts already set up, about 36mins long.0
